Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect good corporate governance on company’s financial performance. Indicators used to measure corporate governance in the study is the board of commissioners, board of directors, audit comitte, managerial ownership, and institusional ownership. Company’s financial performance as the dependent variable was measured using Tobin’s Q. This study uses secondary data to entire population of companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2019. Sampling techniques is purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Result of hypotesis testing showed that, board of directors, audit comitte, institusional ownership have no effect on Company’s financial performance. While the board of commissioners and managerial ownership affect on Company’s financial performance
