Abstract
This study examines the effect of brand image, service quality, and e-wom on repurchase intentions. This study involved millennials who made online repurchases more than once. The number of respondents in this study were 200 respondents. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaire items to respondents through the google form application. The results of this study are that brand image affects repurchase intentions, service quality affects repurchase intentions, and ewom affects repurchase intentions. Based on these results, it is found that all hypotheses are supported.
