Abstract
Coffee shop is a business that is growing, because it is part of a lifestyle of today's society. Coffee shop is a place that provides various types of coffee and food in a relaxed atmosphere, comfortable place, and, attractive interior design. The problem in the coffee shop business in this case is the determination of the relevant market in the coffee shop business, then whether it violates the prohibited agreement and prohibited activities or not. From this study, it was found that based on the advantages carried out by the coffee shop owner to increase competitiveness, the coffee shop business was categorized in the same relevant market, namely the relevant market from the aspect of the product market. The coffee shop business in Kartasura District did not find any violations in terms of prohibited agreements or prohibited activities based on Law Number 5 of 1999.
