Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership and work discipline on performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted on the Educators of SMP Negeri 1 Sragen by using the number of samples taken as many as 56 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling or saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The evaluation analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) model was carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model. The results of data analysis show that compensation and leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then work discipline has no significant effect on job satisfaction. while compensation and leadership have no significant effect on performance. Then work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The results of data analysis also show that job satisfaction mediates positively and significantly between the effect of compensation and leadership on performance. While job satisfaction mediates negatively and not significantly between discipline and performance.
