Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the six business principles of progressive BUMDes during the Covid-19 pandemic in Cikakak village. This research includes qualitative descriptive research with case studies. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study is triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The data analysis technique uses an interactive or flow model with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. the results of the analysis on BUMDes Mandiri Cikakak regarding BUMDes progressing in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the performance of BUMDes Mandiri Cikakak did not experience an economic downturn. During the Pandemic BUMDes Mandiri Cikakak implemented 6 business principles of advanced BUMDes, namely cooperative, participatory, emancipatory, accountable, transparent, and sustainable so that BUMDes Mandiri Cikakak could manage the market well and avoid the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
