Abstract
During this pandemic period, the Government and the entire Covid 19’s force always mobilized all their energy to help break the chain of Covid 19 in Indonesia. The pandemic has spread to all regions in Indonesia, one of the areas affected is the city of Solo, precisely in Sukoharjo Regency. The local government and the Covid 19 Task Force in Sukoharjo are taking steps to tackle Covid 19. One of the Covid 19 Task Forces is the Sukoharjo Police. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. The sample in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 7 informants consisting of four members of the Public Relations of the Sukoharjo Police and three people living in Sukoharjo. The data collection technique in this study used in-depth interview. The data analysis of this study used data triangulation techniques and credibility validity. The efforts made by the Sukoharjo Police, especially in the Public Relations section, were to formulate a plan to help tackle Covid 19. A plan is a set of steps taken to achieve a goal, during the Covid 19 pandemic the role of the plan in an effort to tackle Covid 19 is very necessary. This research examines the role of the plan prepared by the Public Relations of the Sukoharjo Police in an effort to help tackle Covid 19 in Sukoharjo. Hierarchically the plan is a description of a number of steps that will be taken to achieve the goal.
