Abstract

During the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic, learning was conducted online, the impact of the pandemic resulted in a decrease in the quality of learning for students and the use of learning models e-learning at PTI UMS still used third party applications. Researchers have a goal to develop a Learning Management System as a medium for implementing Blended Learning based chamilo at PTI UMS. This learning management system is expected to facilitate lecturers and students in online learning. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that learning management system a based chamilo that can be accessed via the website using the development model waterfall has been successfully developed and based on the results of the calculation of the questionnaire test that has been given to 2 media experts, black box test, performance test, and satisfaction questionnaire. students, then Learning Management System based Chamilo this belongs to the proper category.
