Abstract
As a form of good business organization, Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital (RSI) Semarang is one of the companies that implements the Contract/PKWT system for its workforce, in another sense that there needs to be an elaboration to regulate the relationship between workers and employers, one of which is an agreement Certain Time Work (PKWT) as stated in the Manpower Act. Based on the background of the problem as stated above, the question of how the work agreement, legal protection and what problems occur in the work agreement with the contract system at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang are the reasons for the author to formulate the application of the Manpower Act by RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. The research objectives of the author are described in the strategy and reflecting the direction of the problems that arise in writing so as not to change the original purpose of the author. The research method used by the author is to conduct a construction analysis of the data that has been collected and processed as well as using qualitative-analytic data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Employment Agreement with the Contract System implemented by RSI Sultan Agung Semarang in general is in accordance with the Manpower Act, but there are several points that need to be reviewed in its application.
