Abstract

One form of legal protection is the existence of Consumer Protection. Consumer Protection with healthy economic activities is an inseparable unit. In a healthy economic activity there is a balance of legal protection for the perpetrators, namely protection for consumers and business actors. One form of economic activity is buying and selling activities, and the common form of buying and selling in the community is auction or buying and selling in general. so that in the implementation of the auction, it must uphold Consumer Protection in order to create healthy economic activities based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 213/PMK.06/2020 concerning Auction Implementation Guidelines.
