Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Net Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Net Operating Margin (NOM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Return On Assets (ROA) as proxies of the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 10 samples of Islamic Commercial Banks that were feasible to use. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis of panel data by considering the classical assumption test, model accuracy test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Net Performing Financing (NPF) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) have a significant negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Net Operating Margin (NOM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).
