Abstract
This study aims to describe the management of the West Java Land Transportation College. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted on leaders and teaching staff who deal directly with the management of the West Java Land Transportation College. . research design in the form of qualitative research. Data collection methods use in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses a single case analysis with steps: data reduction, data presentation and data verification Based on the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded: 1) Organizing Resources in Quality Improvement in Land Transportation Colleges using the principle of justice, with the intention of assigning tasks based on capacity or Job Discription, 2) The responsibility for improving the quality of micro education has shifted from bureaucracy to the more basic central management unit, the institution. This condition has led to an awareness that only institutions that are managed effectively (with quality-based management) will be able to respond to people's aspirations appropriately and quickly in terms of the quality of education. 3) Central institutions have an important role, but must begin to be limited in matters relating to building a vision of the overall education system, expectations and standards for students to learn and provide support for educational components that are relatively standard or minimum standards. This concept places the government and other education authorities in charge of determining the basic keys to educational goals and policies and empowering institutions and communities to work together within the terms of reference and educational policies that have been formulated nationally in order to present an education management process which is specifically appropriate for each community. 4). supervision and evaluation management in the Land Transportation College directly involves the head of the institution, while the lecturer supervises the program that has been determined, so that the previously determined goals are still running optimally and can be fulfilled.
