Abstract
Human Resource Management is a process for obtaining, training, assessing and compensating employees, as well as paying attention to their work relationships, health, safety, and fairness issues. Employees are the main asset of a company, because without their participation, there is no company activities. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction variables on employee loyalty. This study used a saturated sample which is 35 members of the Sutra Ayu Pekajangan Cooperative. The type of this research is quantitative study with a survey approach through a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation, compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee loyalty.
