Abstract

The analysis of the research purposes to describe the influence of self-confidence towards students' entrepreneurial desire of eleven grade in Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi vocational high school, the influence of creativity towards students' entrepreneurial desire of eleven grade in Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi vocational high school, the influence of self-confidence and creativity towards students' entrepreneurial desire of eleven grade in Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi vocational high school. The method of the study uses quantitative.The population of eleven grade in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi are 41 students. The technique of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression analysis shows the regression line equation: Y = 5,530 + 0.437 X1 + 0.452 X2. This similarity shows that self-confidence and creativity have an effect on entrepreneurial desire. The conclusion of the analysis results in this research are as follows: 1) Self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial desire of eleven grade in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi. In the test, the value of tcount>ttable = 2.350>2.021 and the value of probability <0.05 is 0.024. (2) Creativity has a positive and significant effect towards students' entrepreneurial desire of even grade in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi. In the test, the value of tcount> ttable = 2.304>2.021 and the value of probability <0.05 is 0.027. (3) self-confidence and creativity have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial desire of class XI students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi. The significance test result of multiple linear regression is obtained that Fcount>Ftable, 41.108>3.23 and a significant probability value <0.05, it is 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.684 or 68.4% meanwhile the remaining 31.6% is influenced by other variables which are not examined.
