Abstract
Rotary Drilling Rig is a type of heavy equipment whose operation is influenced by forces acting at the angle of the attachment combination. In this analysis using a combination of attachment angles 70^°, 90^°, dan 180^° in the combination of the unit at rest. The next procedure uses the concept of statics in calculating the balance of forces on attachments with angular variations of 70^°, 90^°, dan 180^°. Furthermore, in knowing the focus of the attachment using AutoCad. The results of the analysis of the calculation of even load counter weight 7,733 kg/mm, in units of 0.398 kg/mm, on booms of 0.477 kg/mm, and masts of 0.0559 kg/mm. While the center of gravity on the attachment is obtained the results of the counter weight on the X1 axis = 300 mm and Y1 = 2600 mm, the center of gravity on the unit results in the X2 axis = 2550 mm and Y2 = 2990 mm. Boom weight point on the X3 axis= 6149,53 mm and Y3 = 1900 mm, mast center of gravity on the X4 axis = 8760 mm and Y4 =10252,5 mm. The point of gravity of drilling on the X5 axis = 8720 mm and Y5 = 2040 mm. The results of the analysis on the center of gravity at angles 70°, 90°, and 180° at attachment angles between 70°((X,) ̅Y ̅ ) = (6351,51mm,74887,58mm) at attachment angle between 90°((X,) ̅Y ̅ ) =(10612,804 mm, 6272,81 mm) to angle 180°((X,) ̅Y ̅ )=(16566,5 mm, 2230 mm).
