Abstract

The purpose of study is to describe management of disciplinary character and responsibility in extracurricular activities at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong in terms of : 1) Planning to instill the character of discipline and responsibility in the guide Hizbul Wathan extracurricular activities at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong, 2) Implementing discipline and responsibility characters in extracurricular activities of Hizbul Wathan at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong; and 3) controlling the character of discipline and responsibility in extracurricular activities of Hizbul Wathan guides at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach design. The results of this study are: 1.) the planning carried out by teachers of SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong in implementing the work program is divided into three stages namely : a.) Setting targets or objectives, b.) Implementation Planning c.) Annual Work Program Planning; 2) The implementation of character planting in the extracurricular activities of Hizbul Wathan (HW) SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong SD.It can be done by studying the importance of character, especially discipline and responsibility by following various activities in the extracurricular guide Hizbul Wathan (HW); 3) The form of control in managing the character of discipline and responsibility in extracurricular activities of Hizbul Wathan (HW) guides is by monitoring or supervising, evaluating and appraisal of students extracurricular activities. Controlling character of discipline and responsibility in extracurricular activities of Hizbul wathan by providing assessment, reward and punishment.
