Abstract

Maulida Rahma Jatiningtyas, NIM I000150016,“Practice of Musyarakah Financing Contracts and Compliance with DSN MUI Fatwa No. 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 on Sharia Financing Contracts at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah”, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Sharia Economic Law Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. A sharia cooperative is a business consisting of people or cooperative legal entities based on sharia financing principles. One of them is the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah. KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah is a sharia financial institution that has been around for a long time and has had many branches at the Central Java provincial level which has superior products that are in great demand by members, namely Musyarakah contracts. This study aims to determine the practice of Musyarakah financing contracts at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah and the suitability of the DSN MUI No. 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 on Musyarakah financing contracts at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah. This research is a qualitative research with a sociological juridical research approach. The data collection method used primary and secondary data sources obtained from documentation and interviews. Then analyzed using qualitative analysis methods with inductive thinking. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) the practice of Musyarakah financing at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah includes capital in the Musyarakah financing contract in the form of cash, determination of profit sharing for Musyarakah financing contracts that occur in KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah requires a guarantee for Musyarakah financing contracts, Musyarakah financing contracts carried out at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah are included in the type of syirkah inan. (2) ijab qabul, contracting parties, capital, work and profits on Musyarakah financing at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah are in accordance with the provisions of DSN MUI No. 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000.
