Abstract
Work safety behavior that is still not realized causes a high incidence of near misses, incidents, work accidents on construction projects. This safety behavior emphasizes the aspects of human behavior towards accidents in the workplace. This study aims to determine the relationship between safety behavior and near misses, incidents and work accidents in construction workers at the Solo Urbana Residence Apartment Project. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted in the Solo Urbana Residence Apartment project with 51 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the safety behavior of workers was at most 51% unsafe behavior. Meanwhile, almost accidental incidence was 61% in the high category, the incidence of 63% in the low category, and work accidents by 55% in the high category. The lowest p-value is 0.002 for the incidence with the highest r value of 0.431. The bivariate analysis of safety behavior with near accident, there is no relationship p-value = 0.338 r = 0.137, there is an incidence relationship p-value = 0.002 r = 0.431, there is a relationship between work accidents p-value = 0.036 r = 0.294. It is recommended that workers be able to comply with the use of personal protective equipment and comply with established company SOPs.
