Abstract
Imam Bukhari Islamic Boarding School is a private Islamic educational institution which was pioneered by the Lajnah Istiqomah Surakarta Foundation on June 6, 1994, and was officially established on July 1, 1999. As the world of education develops, development requires the manager of the Imam Bukhori Islamic boarding school to continue to improve themselves, namely in the management system and also teaching and learning, especially the larger mosque equipped with adequate facilities and can be integrated easily and can increase the capacity of the congregation and support the teaching and learning process optimally. For now, the construction stage of the Imam Bukhari Mosque structure has reached 85% with the work that has not been carried out yet is structural work roofs that have a fairly large percentage value of 10%. One of the interesting things about the design of the Imam bukhori mosque is the roof structure that is used to resemble the letter "V", like an open book as a symbol of an institution rich in knowledge, both religious and general knowledge. With a total building length of 40 meters and a width of 32 meters, the Imam Bukhori mosque has an area of 1280 square meters with 2 floors and 1 basement. The design of the roof structure of this mosque uses Steel IWF 300.
