Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-wom, use, and quality of information on millennials in making online purchase intentions in online shopping. The population in this study were students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, while the sample used in this study were students who had bought products online more than once. This study used a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling in this study was conducted using purposive sampling technique and the data used were primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with several variables, namely e-wom, information quality, usage usage, and online purchase intention. Based on the results of the study, it shows that E-Wom has a significant positive effect on online purchase intentions of online purchases. The quality of information has a significant positive effect on online purchase intentions of online purchases. Ease of use has a significant positive effect on online purchase intentions.
