Abstract

Safes have become the choice of places for some people to secure their valuables. In a company there is also a safe that is used to store important company documents, to avoid cheating in accessing the safe, a safe security system is created that can open safe access and record users. Safe security system using automatic electronic devices that replace conventional lock systems. The electronic security key that is meant is a key using an RFID card (RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION), the workings of the RFID key system is to read the card chip through a card reader or reader module. Use it more efficiently by simply sticking it on the reader to open the safe. In the system there is a facility for card registration before the card is used to open the safe door. Arduino UNO and ESP8266 as microcontroller controlling system work, other components are LCD 20x4 as display, RTC DS3231 time reader sensor, relay module. The results of registration and card access to vaults can be stored in the Firebase database. The main voltage source used is a 12 V battery rock. The type of card that can be used for access by a system other than the main RFID card is that it can use the E-KTP, but it is not yet able to display the results of reading the user identity that is already printed on the E-KTP.
