Abstract

Youtube is the video site most accessed by internet users in Indonesia, including children. There is a lot of content that contains negative things that should not be properly accessed by children. One type of content that is rife these days is podcast content. Podcast content on the Youtube platform is provided in the form of a conversation between 2 (two) or more people discussing a particular topic. Not all the topics covered by these content creators are appropriate for children to see and listen to. Children as consumers, in this case also have the right to receive educational programs and ensure children's growth and development, in accordance with the provisions in Article 36 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 32 of 2002 "Broadcast content must contain information, education, entertainment and benefits for the formation of intellectuality, character, morals, progress, national strength, maintaining unity and integrity, and practicing the values of religion and culture in Indonesia.
