Abstract

Corona Virus or Covid-19 is an infection of the respiratory tract in humans. The corona viruses cause mild to severe common cold to serious illnesses that eventually make pandemic around the world. The impact of this causes all learning activities throughout the world, including in Indonesia, to be disrupted from all levels in the academic field. This makes the government issue a policy to study from home or study from home, online learning causes students to feel stressed and does not regulate emotions well. Research objective: To determine the relationship between emotional regulation and stress levels of students who study from home during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Research Design: A quantitative research with a descriptive correlation method. The number of respondents in the study was 84 respondents, with the sampling method using quota sampling using quistionare A and B. Results: The results of statistical tests with the Spearman rank test obtained ρ 0.300 with a p-value of 0.006 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between emotional regulation and student stress levels with low closeness. The higher the emotional regulation, the higher the stress level by 0.300.
