Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of achievement motivation and affiliation motivation on student achievement in XI accounting class SMK N 6 Sukoharjo. This research is a quantitative type. The population in this research was the entire students of XI Accounting class. The research sample was 91 students. The results of the regression analysis obtained Y = 78.567 + 0.110 (X1) + 0.090 (X2). Conclusion: (1) there is an effect of achievement motivation on student achievement in XI accounting class SMK N 6 Sukoharjo. Obtained t count > t table (3,299> 1,66216) and the significance value of t count X1 0.001 < 0.05. Effective contribution 10.19% and relative contribution 50.22%. (2) there is an effect of affiliated motivation on student achievement in XI accounting class SMK N 6 Sukoharjo. Obtained t count > t table (3.261 > 1.66216) and a significance value of t count X2 0.002 <0.05. The effective contribution was 10.10% and the relative contribution was 49.78%. (3) there is an effect of achievement motivation and affiliation motivation on student achievement of XI accounting class SMK N 6 Sukoharjo. The result of the simultaneous test (F) is F count > F table (11, 104 > 3.11) and the significance value F count 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.383 or 38.3%.
