Abstract
Development of Built Land in Ngaglik District, Sleman Regency has a fairly high development, Multitemporal imagery can1be applied1to analyze1changes that1occur, this study using two Landsat image data recording years 2002 and12019. The purpose of1this research1is to know1the distribution of developed land changes and to find out what factors affect the changes in built-up land in Ngaglik District, Sleman Regency. The method used in this study is the multispectral maximum likelihood classification, the use of classification can be divided into several sampling classes, Utilization of Infrared Bands (SWIR) 2, Near Infrared (NIR), and Red. Very good at identifying the appearance of built-in land and non-built land, by identifying the hue and color of the Landsat imagery, this method is used to map the development of built-up land in Ngaglik District, Sleman Regency 2002-2019. The1results1obtained1from1this1study indicate the changes in the built-up land that occurred in Ngaglik District in 2002-2019 from the built-up area of 1244.89 ha to 2318.36 ha, an increase in the number of built-up land was 1073.47 ha. The development of developed land that occurs in Ngaglik Subdistrict can be caused by several factors that influence, among others, the factors that influence, namely population growth, there are tourist attractions, close to the education area.
