Abstract

This study aims to define whether there is an effect of discipline, learning readiness, and learning facilities on the learning achievement of economic subjects in class XI SMA, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses an ex-post facto design, with a population of 175 students and a random sampling technique using the formula of Isaac and Michael to obtain a sample of 105 students. Multiple regression data analysis techniques, simultaneous significance test (F test), and Partial Significance test (t test). The equation shows that learning achievement is influenced by discipline, learning readiness and learning facilities. The conclusions drawn are: 1) discipline has an effect on learning achievement. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test), it is known that t count > t table, 5.755 > 1.983 and a significance value < 0.05, namely 0.000. 2) readiness to learn on learning achievement. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test), it is known that t count > t table, namely 4.772 > 1.983 and a significance value < 0.05, which is 0.000. 3) learning facilities for learning achievement. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test), it is known that t count> t table, namely 4.077 > 1.983 and a significance value < 0.05, namely 0.000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.388 indicates that the magnitude of the influence of discipline, learning readiness and learning facilities on learning achievement is 43.8%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.
