Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the semester credit system (SKS) in the Learning of Islamic Religious Education and Character at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. With a Phenomenological Approach. The object of research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of SKS in Islamic Religious Education Learning and Character at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo runs according to the SKS implementation guidelines, with each component having moderate qualifications. The readiness component in implementing Islamic Religious Education and Character learning using SKS is good enough. The component of the Islamic Religious Education Learning Process with SKS is also in accordance with the applicable curriculum guidelines at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo. The results component of the Application of SKS in Islamic Religious Education Learning and Character at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo is also quite good. Overall, the implementation of SKS in Islamic Religious Education Learning and Character at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo is stated to be quite good.
