Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago country that has a lot of natural resources. The area of the state of Indonesia is approximately two-thirds of its territory, which is sea waters consisting of coastal seas, open seas, bays and straits. One of the efforts to increase the economic growth of the marine and fisheries sector is to produce marine fish commodities through fishing operations. This activity cannot be separated from vehicles in the form of ships and fishing gear both for the production process itself and for the integrity of transportation and communication needs at sea or from sea to land. Pemalang Regency has 1 Beach Fishing Port (PPP) and 4 Fish Landing Ports (PPI), namely, PPI Mojo, PPI Ketapang, PPI Tasikrejo and PPI Tanjungsari. The Tanjungsari Fishing Port is located in Sugih Waras Village, Kec. Pemalang, Kab. Pemalang. The Tanjungsari Fishery Port area also has a lot of potential that can be developed as a creative tourism area. Creative tourism is a travel experience that provides opportunities for tourists to develop their creative potential. The creative potential of tourists is raised through active participation in programs and learning experiences that are in accordance with the characteristics of the destination visited. So, the potential in the Fishery Port area needs to be developed again and functioned as a creative tourist destination
