Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization Free shipping tagline on the online shop customer the shopee application, sub-district Susukan Semarang. This research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The subject of this research is the community of Susukan Semarang Subdistrictusers ,e-commerce Shopeewho number 5. The data collection methods used in this study were observations, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study used triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research, People take utilization of the free shipping tagline for shopping. Customer satisfaction like Shopee while maintaining product quality, Shopee provides easy payment, speed and accuracy of delivery of goods. Repurchasing of the desired product even though it is not needed is carried out by the community on the grounds of the diversity of free shipping products without minimum purchases such as moments or events important and are useful in helping Shopee users save on expenses.
