Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in soft skills of cooperation in economic learning through the buzz group discussion method for class XII students in the Smart Educafe Karanganyar tutoring. This type of research is a class action study conducted in two stages of a cycle. The subjects in this study were 10 students of class XII Smart Educafe Karanganyar tutoring. Data collection methods used are observation, field notes and documents. The results showed that the soft skills of class XII students' cooperation improved. Although soft skills cooperation has improved overall but there are 2 aspects that have not improved, but there are 2 aspects that have improved the most. Aspects that have not improved is answer questions during presentations and not cut off other people's conversations during discussions. Meanwhile, the aspect that has improved the most is that the aspect of conversation is easy to understand by the group members and able to communicate well with the group members.
