Abstract
MMR (maternal mortality rate) in Indonesia is a health problem that has not been resolved to date. Basically, the cause of maternal death is due to inadequate examination during pregnancy and not routine ANC (antenatal care) visits. Performing routine ANC examinations can prevent and recognize any danger signs of pregnancy from the start. However, due to the covid-19 pandemic, all activities must be limited, including antenatal care visits, which are very important in reducing MMR. This also affects the satisfaction of pregnant women with antenatal care services. Factors that influence user satisfaction are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The purpose of this study was to describe the satisfaction of pregnant women with antenatal care services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Tasikmadu Health Center. This research method used descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling, as many as 38 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire and data analysis using Univariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average maternal satisfaction with the satisfaction sub-variables in the satisfied category is sorted from the highest to the lowest, namely the responsive sub-variable with a mean value of 87.05, reliability with a mean value of 86.11, assurance with a mean value of 83, 37, emphaty with a mean value of 82.18, and tangible with a mean value of 80.21. The conclusion shows that the average respondent's satisfaction is in the satisfied category.
