Abstract

The implementation of the Contracting Agreement for Building Window Film Installation in Karanganyar contains an agreement between the contractor and individuals or construction service providers which generally discusses the rights and obligations that will be mutually agreed upon in an authentic deed under hand. The method used by the author is juridical empirical, namely by conducting an assessment and processing of research data on the form, content, and implementation of the contract work agreement between CV. Wahyu Jaya with Individuals in Karanganyar. The results of the study that can be concluded from this study are that the form and content of the contracting agreement between CV. Wahyu Jaya with Individuals in Karanganyar is a standard made under hand or in writing in accordance with Articles 1313 and 1320 of the Civil Code so that there is a problem in implementing the contract for building window film installation in Karanganyar due to an act that can be categorized as default was committed by one of the parties. and other parties feel aggrieved by the default.
