Abstract
Economic development planning certainly requires several components, both economic and non-economic components to achieve the goals of regional development. One of them is the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR), where ICOR is an indicator to be able to see how efficient an economy is by showing the magnitude of the ratio between the increase in incoming capital (investment) and the increase in total production (Gross Regional Domestic Product). In addition, there is one other component, namely infrastructure, which can also play a role or influence economic growth. In accordance with this, this study aims to analyze the effect of ICOR and Infrastructure on the economic growth of provinces on the island of Java. In this research, ICOR is measured by comparing the increase in capital inflow (investment) with the increase in total production in each province. Where the investment in question is seen from the regional PMTB (Gross Fixed Capital Formation) data. As well as infrastructure, it can be seen from the total road length data. This study uses panel data regression from 6 provinces on the island of Java during the 2014-2018 period.
