Abstract

The study was titled "Analysis of Labor Impact, Fiscal Decentralization, Investment and Population Growth Rate on Regional Economic Growth in East Java". This study aims to determine the influence of Manpower, Fiscal Decentralization, Investment and Population Growth Rate on Economic Growth in 38 Districts / Cities of East Java Province in the period 2011-2018. The data used in this study is secondary data containing cross section from 38 regencies/cities of East Java Province, as well as time series from 2011-2018. This study used Panel data analysis, where economic growth variables (PE) as dependent variables and labor variables (TK), Fiscal Decentralization (DF), Investment (INV), and Population Growth Rate (LPP) as independent variables. The results showed that labor variables, Fiscal Decentralization, and Investment had a significant positive effect on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, population variables have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. Based on the results of the regression conducted significance test (Test F) obtained nillai prob 0.0000 < 0.05. This explains that the variables of Manpower (TK), Fiscal Decentralization (DF), Investment (INV), and Population Growth Rate (LPP) jointly affect economic growth in East Java Regency/City.
