Abstract

CV. Graha Printama Selaras is a company located in Sukoharjo engaged in the printing and publishing of LKS books and text books. In this company, performance measurement still uses traditional financial methods, which results in the inability to measure the performance of intagible assets and intellectual property (human resources), customer satisfaction, and company customer loyalty. In addition, performance measurement in this way can`t tell much about the company's past, doesn`t notice to the external sector, and can`t fully guide the company in a better direction. The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of the CV. Graha Printama Selaras to find out how well the company is performing, as well as to help make improvement directions if the performance is not good. Performance measurement using the Balanced Scorecard method can overcome these constraints, because in this Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement model that can be used to assess the performance of a company better, because of the short-term measurement seen from the financial and long-term aspects seen from non-financial aspects. Based on the measurement using the Balanced Scorecard method, the total final value of the company is 72.48%. The total final value still indicates that the company is still in a very healthy condition with category A. From the final results of the research, the researcher gives improvements for book return at least 25 copies, gives a maximum limit of 5% for book return with terms and conditions, gives a deadline for book return on 1 January, increases the number of employees in the editorial and setter departments.
