Abstract

Background: Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid19) is a respiratory infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 which was first detected in December 2019 in Wuhan. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to the widespread application of extraordinary physical distancing such as lockdown orders in an attempt to slow the spread of the virus. These orders can be socially and economically disruptive, and contribute to psychological repercussions. All the policies and changes that occur can raise widespread anxiety, worry and panic in individuals and society. Purpose: To find a picture of anxiety in people who have experienced restrictions on social mobility during Covid-19 in the District of South Cilacap. Research Methods: This study is a descriptive research method with a total sample of 100 respondents with data collection using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using the GAD-7 questionnaire which consists of 7 question items using Univariate Analysis. Data retrieval in a way distributing anxiety quistionnaires through health cadres in the Southern Cilacap District. Results: From this study, the highest results were 44 respondents experiencing moderate anxiety (44%). Conclusion: Characteristics of age 36-45 years, female, primary school education, job does not work. The results of the research analysis showed that the respondents experienced moderate anxiety.
