Abstract

Akhlakul karimah is the foundation for determining the advancement and decline of a good nation's civilization so that it needs to be implanted in children, a planting has a process that produces superior seeds and can be cultivated. A movement of youth activists to instill good morals in the TPQ Al-qalam Gathering Boyolali in 2020 through the activities of the al-qalam siroh assembly was well received by the students. This research seeks to understand the cultivation of akhlakul karimah through the siroh al-qalam assembly as well as the driving and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the siroh al-qalam assembly. This type of research uses field research (field research) with a qualitative research approach. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interview and documentation methods. The data analysis in this research is qualitative data analysis. Based on the data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the cultivation of akhlakul karimah through the siroh al-qalam assembly at TPQ Al-qalam Menggungan Boyolali Year 2020 is carried out every two weeks on Friday at 16.00 WIB. The cultivation of akhlakul karimah implemented by TPQ Al-qalam through siroh assemblies has something different from the others, namely instilling akhlakul karimah through a story (Islamic tales), namely the story of the Prophet Muhammad, the story of the Prophets and the story of Muslims. The method used to tell a story is the story teller method. While the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the siroh assembly are the community environment that is very supportive of being enthusiastic in participating in the siroh al-qalam assembly and the in hibition of Human Resources (HR) which is purely social so that the implementation of the siroh al-qalam council is not controlled so that the implementation is not carried out.
