Wind energy is an energy whose utilization is still rare today, even though wind energy has the potential due to its renewable and unlimited nature, the use of wind energy on a small scale can be done by designing wind power plants on motorbikes. Motorbikes as a means of transportation are used by the community to move from one place to another at varying speeds, the movement of this motorbike will produce wind which can be used as electrical energy using a generator connected to a wind turbine, the electricity output from the generator will be used to recharge smartphone power. The steps taken in designing the tools are designing the tools, testing the tools and analyzing the data. designing the tool is done by assembling a DC generator that is connected to a horizontal axis wind turbine and placed on the front of the motorcycle. Tool testing is carried out by running a motorbike at a speed of 30 km / hour, 40 km / hour, 50 km / hour, and 60 km / hour, then measuring the generator voltage at no load and given a smartphone load, generator output current, and wind turbine rotation speed. From the tests carried out, the data for the peak voltage value without load is 13.3 volts and when loaded with a smartphone it produces a voltage of 12.7 volts and a peak current of 0.19 amps with a peak turbine rotation speed of 5210 RPM and when loaded with a smartphone 4793 RPM.
