Abstract
This study is conducted to determine the effect of Minimum Wage (MW), Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), and Domestic Investment on Labor Absorption in Central Java Province in 2015-2019. The researcher also examines how significant the influence on each of these factors provides. The analysis of the data applied in this study is using secondary data. The type of data used is panel data, which is a combination of the time-series data during the 2015-2019 period and the cross-section that is comprising 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province. The data source was obtained from the Central Java Province Statistics Agency. The results of this study indicate that the Minimum Wage and GRDP variables have a significant effect on Labor Absorption, while the Domestic Investment variable does not affect Labor Absorption.
