The validity of the data were two raters who participated in the assessment to determine the equivalence of the translation results from English to Indonesia, the first from the main supervisor of research and the second from Indonesian language education. Researchers found that there are three types of idioms contained in the translation of the film, namely Literal Idioms (50%) Semi-Idioms (21.5%) and Pure Idioms (28.5%). The two researchers found that there were four strategies used to translate idioms, namely Similar Meaning and Form (8%) Similar Meaning bu Dissimilar Form (38.2%) Translation by Paraphrase (42.8%) Translation by Omission (0%).
