Abstract

The study aims to know the implementation of the systems of conventional opweattives with sharia in Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Manahan Solo. The metod used in this writing is a qualitative approach. This qualitative approach is a way of research that results in a descriptive data that is expressed by written or spoken and visible behavior, the qualitative approach used is expected to provide a descriptive analysis result by starting with observation by data – generated techtiques to know the conventional systems with sharia and the implementation by Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Manahan Solo. Based on the result of research and discussion, the conclusion is that in coorperation with the basic cooperative, a cooperative effort for its members, which in management of its capital is similar to that of the Islamic economy’s legal system here. The is a parallel between the co-prosperity system and the Islamic economy’s legal system. A join welfare cooperative can be implemended with a system of Islamic economic law for the management of capital that benefits both sides of the cooperative and its membership.
