Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-wom, security, and quality of website design on millennials in making repurchase intentions in online shopping. The population in this study were students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, while the sample used in this study were students who had bought products online more than once. This study used a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling in this study was conducted using purposive sampling technique and the data used were primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with several variables, namely e-wom, website design quality, security, and repurchase intention. Based on the results of the study, it shows that E-Wom has a significant positive effect on online purchase repurchase intentions, so that the first hypothesis is supported. The quality of website design has a significant positive effect on online purchase repurchase intentions, so that the second hypothesis is supported. Security has a significant positive effect on online purchase repurchase intention, so that the third hypothesis is supported. The coefficient of determination is 0.567 which indicates that E-wom, the quality of website design, and the security of repurchase intention is 56.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.
