Abstract
Satifications is a feeling of pleasure towards a product or service which someone feels or receives for the servies provided. Service quality as a value of patient satification. This litelature review was conducted with the aim of patien satification in terms of service quality factor. The method that used in litelature review is to search for journals through google schoolar databased and research gate. The result showed that based on five journals, there are two journals state that quality variable has an affect patient satification, 3 journal of each quality variable states only a few has a n affect pastien satifications including administration, doctors, nurses, infrastructure, hospital, environment, timeless and empathy. Thus the quality of health service there was a correlation with patient satification. Good quality requires an increase in the quality of health services so that the impact on satisfaction can be achieved.
