Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, the effect of work compensation, the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tiki Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Line in Solo. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using quantitative or statistical data analysis research instruments, with the aim of testing the predetermined hypothesis, the results of the research have no influence on the work environment on employee performance, so the first hypothesis which states that the work environment affects employee performance is not proven true. There is an effect of compensation on employee performance, so the second hypothesis which states that compensation has an effect on employee performance is proven true. There is an effect of motivation on employee performance, so the third hypothesis which states that motivation affects employee performance is proven true.
