Abstract
The distribution network has a very important role, which functions to distribute electricity from power sources to customers. In the operation of the electric power system over time, disturbances often occur which are caused from within the system and disturbances from outside the system which can result in disruption of the distribution of electricity to customers. To overcome this problem, a safety coordination is needed so that losses caused by disturbances can be minimized and electricity can be optimally Tistributed. The coordination between Recloser as the main security with OCR (Over Current Relay) on the incoming and outging side must be correct. In this study, using research methods through literature studies both in books and scientific journals. Then the collected data will be calculated using mathematical calculations and then compared with the existing real setting data and analyzed. The results of calculations at the feeder 05 at Mojosongo substation, the largest 3-phase short circuit current occurs at kilometer 0%, which is 10158∠-90 ° A, and the smallest disturbance occurs at 100% kilometer, which is 2909.7∠-73.3 ° A . The results of the resetting calculation show that the OCR for the incoming TMS = 0.161 seconds, with working time = 0.699 seconds, the OCR for the Outging TMS = 0.125 seconds, with the working time = 0.297 seconds, and the last one for the Recloser TMS = 0.07 seconds, with working time = 0.178 seconds. Based on the results of resetting the OCR relay and recloser, it shows a better operating time, and is faster than the existing conditions when the disturbance occurred.
