Abstract

This study aims to prove that the level of wealth, the level of dependence to the central government, capital expenditure, the audit opinion of BPK, and the audit finding of BPK are influential for performance of local governments of Indonesia in 2017. This research is quantitative research. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling, samples can be chosen based on the availabitility of certain data and information. This research uses SPSS 21 software as the analysis program. The results showed that the level of wealth of local government and the audit opinios affect local government performance. While the level of dependence to the central government, capital expenditure, and audit findings has no effect on local government performance.
