Abstract

This research are intended to know an impact between Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) and consumer’s satisfaction towards costumer’s loyalty, sample that used is shopee user in Muhammadiyah Surakarta University’s student as much as 108 respondent with non-probability sampling technique. Data accumulation are using questionnaire, analysis technique of data in this research is normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, regression analysis of multiple linear, F test, t test, and R2 test. Result of this research are showing Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) variable and costumer’s satisfaction towards costumer’s loyalty. The result of F test obtained signification point 0,000 < 0,05 so that can be concluded that there is simultaneous influence between Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) and costumer’s satisfaction towards costumer’s loyalty variable.
