Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of risk perception, website quality, and consumer trust on consumer purchasing decisions of Shopee application users in Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of 100 Shopee application users in Surakarta. The sampling technique uses a non probability sampling method. The technique of collecting data through distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of data processing with the help of the SPSS version 26 application, it was found that the risk perception variable had a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. Website quality variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. Consumer confidence variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. Simultaneously, the three independent variables affect the dependent variable.
