Abstract

In everyday life we cannot be separated fom electronic goods. To get our electronic goods is inseparable from buying and selling activities. The purpose of this research is to see the process of buying and selling electronic goods at the Murah Audio Mobil and Elektronik Store, to see the rules and rights and obligations in the electronic goods sale and purchase agreement at the MergoMurah Audio Mobil and Elektronik Store and to see joint legal responsibility there are default or unlawful act in the electronic sale and purchase agreement at Mergo Murah Audio Mobil and Elektronik Store. The research method is a normative approach because what will be examined is the legal principles related to the buying and selling of electronic goods so that the legality of the process of buying and selling electronic goods can be found and its legal responsibilities. This type pf research is descriptive research because of the urge to describe thoroughly the buying and selling process of electronic goods. The results of this study indicate the sale and purchase agreement of goods at the Mergo Murah Audio Mobil and Elektronik Store is the buyer of the desired item and meets the requirements required by the seller then that electonic agreement agreed by both parties then the goods will be sent to the buyer. From the signing of the agreement, the rights and obligations arise between the two parties, the seller has the right to price and obligation to deliver electronic goods to buyers who are entitled to electronic goods and ythe obligation to pay for electronic goods to the seller. If there is a party that has committed an error of default, it will make deliberation and ask the court to find no clear way. If you commit an unlawful act, the seller will be subject to compensation but the buyer who breaks the engine seal will lose the warranty from the Mergo Murah Audio Mobil and Elektronik Store shop.
