Abstract
The objective to be achieved by holding this research is to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with leader member exchange as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen. This type of research is quantitative research, the data used are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data in the form of data owned by the company. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The analysis test uses the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with five four equations followed by the application of several variables, namely work discipline, work environment, leader member exchange and employee performance. The results showed that work discipline and work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leader member exchange strengthens the significant positive influence between work discipline and work environment on employee performance.
