Abstract
This research is entitled Mobility Analysis of Culinary Traders in Culinary Center, Culinary Park, and Katamso Culinary Center in Purwodadi-Grobogan City. The objectives of this study were (1) Knowing the Characteristics of Traders in the research location, (2) Knowing the Mobility of Culinary Traders at the Research Location, (3) Knowing the Spatial Interaction at the Research Location. The method used is the survey method. The total sample taken in the study amounted to 71 traders and 60 buyers / consumers divided in 3 locations with details of the Culinary Center 20 traders, 41 traders Culinary Park and 10 traders Katamso Culinary Center. Whereas for buyer respondents, each location is 20 buyer / consumer respondents. Sampling for traders uses the Probability Sampling technique, while for the buyer / consumer sampling using the Quota Sampling technique. Data taken in the form of primary and secondary data, primary data obtained from interviews with respondents, while secondary data from related agencies. The results of this study are (1) The socio-economic characteristics of the respondents are dominated by female traders, the percentage of which is 52%, the average age is 36 years including the productive age. The education level of Traders graduated from SD is 15%, SMP 21%, SMA 59%, D3 / S1 4% and not attending school 1%. The monthly income earned by culinary traders who dominate between Rp. 3,000,000 - Rp. 4,000,000. (2) This mobility is dominated by traders who come from Purwodadi sub-district at 61%, traders from outside Purwodadi sub-district at 39%. The mobility facilities for traders were dominated by motorbike users by 60%, cars 9%, walking 4%, public transportation 1% and onthel bicycles 1%. Almost all traders use the daily mobility pattern of the percentage of 96%, the weekly mobility of 4%. (3) The Spatial Interaction of the Respondents, among others, is marked by the existence of the flow of goods, the flow of areas of origin of consumers, and the frequency of arrival of consumers as a measure of how often consumers come to the research location.
